Corrupt or password protected attachment

What if the attachment is corrupt or password protected? 

How to check if the file is password protected:

• Open the file in your pdf-reader.
• If you have to type in a password the file is password protected.
• The password protection has to be removed before you can upload the file to Jobbnorge.

There might be several reasons for the file to be perceived as corrupt. We suggest the following solutions:

• Save the file as a new pdf.
• If you downloaded the file from the internet - try to download it again.
• If you created the file yourself - try again to save from the original document.
