Question
Where can I see information about a single candidate?
Answer
By clicking
on the name of an applicant in the applicant overview, you will be taken to the candidate
view for that specific applicant.
Here you´ll find all information related to the application and can get an
overview of the processing activities that have been done (statuses given, tags etc.).
In the candidate view, you can:
- View the application, CV, attachments, and completed processing activities all in one place
- Process the application and make evaluations while viewing the CV, attachments, and application
- Add information to processing activities (i.e. register interview notes and written assessment)
Below is an image showing the candidate view in Jobbadmin.
The image above shows that the candidate view is divided into three columns:
- Left column: Displays brief information about the applicant, along with details about screening score, special registrations, test scores, labels, etc.
- Middle column: Shows the applicant’s CV by default. You can click the tabs next to “CV” to switch to a view of the applicant’s attachments, application text or personal details.
-
Right column: Gives the user access to the
same processing options that are available in the applicant overview. If processing
activities have already been done, the completed actions will be visible
in this column.
Adjusting column-width
The mid and right column are default set to be the same with. The width can be adjusted if you want to give more space to display the mid-section versus the processing options on the right, or vice versa.
You adjust
the reading width via the option to the top of the right-hand column. In the
image below, the processing column on the right is set to take up 25% of the
view compared to the application/CV. The reading width is adjusted in the area
marked yellow in the image below.
