Why does the job description look strange when I have published the job ad?

When you paste text from another program, such as Word into Onecruiter, the text can appear in a way different from what you want when posting the ad. This is because when you copy text from one program to another, it comes with so-called hidden formatting.

Go to the job ad, click on Edit job ad at the top left. Copy the entire text and then before you paste it again, click on the icon called Paste as text in the toolbar. By using that icon before pasting the text, you "clean" the text from hidden formatting. You can then rebuild the text using, for example, bold marking or italic text.
