How do I invite a candidate for an interview?

Invite one or several candidates for an interview:
  1. Go to the application list in the recruitment.
  2. Mark one or more candidates that you want to invite to the interview.
  3. In the blue menu that appears in the bottom, click on ...More options > Send interview invite.
  4. Now you can choose to create one or several new times for the interview or choose an available time that you have already created, click on Next.   
  5. Choose a time, the number of available spots (e.g for a group interview), who the candidate will meet and the location for the interview, click on Create interview.
  6. Now you will see how the message that will be sent out will look. If you have chosen to send invites to several candidates, they will not be able to see each other's email addresses, it will be sent out as an individual email to each candidate. If you want to edit in the email, click on Edit at the top left. When you are done with your changes, click on Preview. If you are done, click on Send. When the email is sent, the candidate/s will automatically change status to Interview offer.
Good to know:
If you are inviting more than one candidate, the candidates will get the same times presented, but as soon as one candidate has booked one of the times, this one will disappear as a choice for the other candidates. 

Once you have sent your invites, you can keep track of them under the "coffee cup symbol" at the top of the left menu.
