Question
How can I register a written evaluation of an application?
Note: To process candidates and/or register written evaluations one must have the role as “Caseworker” in Jobadmin.
Processing applications
From the applicant overview, you can process one, several, or all applications at once by selecting the checkbox to the left of each applicant’s name. You can also process an individual applicant by clicking on their name and registering the evaluation directly from the candidate View.
Image below is taken from the applicant overview. It shows that the recruiter has selected two candidates. The recruiter has clicked the “Process selected”-button and is about to choose a new status for them.
Notice the three statuses that are highlighted in yellow. These are statuses that contain a flag connected to evaluation of the candidates qualifications.
- The flag for "Qualified" is displayed as a "thumbs up"-icon, whilst the "Not Qualified"-flag shows a "thumbs down"-icon
- When candidates are moved to statuses containing either of these flags, the caseworker get the opportunity to add a written evaluation (see image below). Please note that the written evaluation can be registered at a later time - as long as the candidate at some point has been moved to status containing one of the two qualification-flags.
In the image below, the recruiter has chosen the status “Covers minimum requirement”. Since this status is coupled with the “thumbs-up”-flag signaling that the candidates are qualified, the recruiter gets an option to write a written evaluation for each of the selected candidates.
The written evaluation can later be included in various reports and documents. For employers who work digitally with the recommendation document, there are variables available to merge the written text into the document for candidates that have been interviewed.
Note: If a written assessment isn´t registered right away, the recruiter can add it later by navigating to the Candidate View.
It is easy to spot directly from the candidate overview which candidates have been assessed as qualified/not qualified, as image below shows.
