Performance talks are no longer tied to a calendar year

The talk period has moved from the talk plan to the individual talk. This means the same plan can be reused across several years, and periods can be set to match how you actually work rather than following the calendar.

Responsible manager set per individual talk

The responsible manager is now assigned on each individual talk instead of on the talk plan. This gives more accurate access and correctly handles employees who change manager during an ongoing talk period.

What happens to your existing talks

Every talk must now have a period. If a talk already had a period, nothing changes. If it did not, it has inherited the period from its plan.

What happens to your existing talk plans

The plan now works more as a category or grouping for your talks, and can be activated or deactivated in Talent admin. If a plan is deactivated, it is hidden from the portal together with all talks inside it, regardless of the periods set on those talks.

Existing plans are automatically updated to the new structure. Plans are renamed to include their previous period — for example, "Medarbetarsamtal" with period 2024 becomes "Medarbetarsamtal (2024)" — so they remain easy to tell apart. Plans with a period of 2025 or earlier are set to inactive and no longer appear when choosing a plan for a new talk. They remain visible in the administration list, and historical talks are unaffected.

Training details in Training history

Users can now open details for any completed training directly from Training history. Online courses, programs and instructor-led courses are now clickable in the same way as external courses, and show title, type, description, duration and completion date.

Export training report

Managers can now export a training report directly from Course statistics, covering all employees in their own organizational unit for a selected time period. The report is automatically scoped to the manager's unit, so there is no need for an administrator to set it up.

* Note that a start and end date must be selected before the report can be generated.

New report: Program sessions and connections

A new report lists all objects connected to a program session — surveys, dynamic user group assignments, instructor-led courses, course sessions and online courses. Each connection is shown on its own row with title, ID and status, making it easy to get a full overview of how a program session is set up.

New report for Surveys

A new report gives an overview of all survey invitations, showing status, the number of invitations sent and the number of answers received for each one. This makes it easier to follow up on response rates without opening each survey individually.

Cost field for external courses

The form for external courses now includes a new field for specifying the cost associated with the course.

Metadata fields for external courses

It is now possible to attach metadata fields to external courses in order to manage additional information. This provides greater flexibility and enables customization based on different customer needs.

Language configuration per portal

A new setting makes it possible to define which languages are available to users per portal site.
