You can allow others to access applications either by adding a user to the hiring team or sharing an application.
Hiring team: Go to the job ad, click on Edit job ad at the top left. In the menu bar on the left, click on Hiring team. You can share access to the ad by adding one or more users. This way, users gain access to both the ad and all applications for the job.
Share with an external person: If you want a person who does not have access to Workbuster should be able to access an application, you can share it with them by going into the application list and marking the application by clicking in the box to the left of the candidate's name. Then click on Share application in the menu bar that appears at the bottom. Fill in the email address of the person you want to share the application with, specify what the recipient should be able to see and do, and select the documents you want to share.
