If you experience problems when publishing a job ad, this may be due to various factors or the actual publishing channel you are trying to publish to.
Below is a general guide to find common errors:
- Is the job ad published against your own career site/home page (default channel)? All job ads must be published to the default channel before they can be published to another external channel.
- Is the last application date for the job a date in the future? It is not possible to publish a job ad that has an application deadline that has passed.
- Is the job ad linked to the correct company?
For the error message "Unfortunately, something went wrong - contact support": Try to log out of the system and log in again, alternatively try a different browser or application. Please also check your internet connection.
